Line Lead - All Shifts

Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Line Lead openings! These long term opportunities offer full time hours. All shifts are currently available! Pay is $20.00-22.00/hr based on shift.

Responsibilities:

assist in directing employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room
ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards
perform line duties as needed
ensure batch record entries are made
assist in production performance metrics reporting
complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes
assist in training as needed

Candidates for this role must have a degree - Associates w/ 3 years experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing OR a Bachelors degree w/ 1 year experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing. Good documentation, organization, and planning skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Office is needed. Leadership experience is a must.
