Job Details

• Schedule: 4 x 10 days; variable start times from 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM; weekend call required; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN.
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in diagnostic cardiac cath lab, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), structural heart, and electrophysiology.
• Additional Information: Cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology/structural heart procedures support include (as applicable): Activated Clotting Time (ACT), arrhythmia induction, ASD closures, baseline measurements, cardiac ablation, cardiac implant closure device work, cardiac stent placement, circulate procedures, conduction studies, diagnostic catheterizations (adult), electrophysiology (EP) lab, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) placement/removal, Impella insertion, insertion/programming of AICDs, interventional catheterizations, interventional radiology, left atrial appendage (LAA) closure, obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG, pacemaker insertion, pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction/removal, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, rotablator atherectomy, sheath removal/monitoring, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE), valvuloplasty, vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose), ventricular assist device insertion, and Watchman procedure.
