Sales Associate

We are seeking a financial services or technology focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires an enthusiastic person who is comfortable with a sales pitch and calling on Kingfield clients and prospects to discuss the Kingfield platform and solutions. The candidate will work with the Senior Sales Director on the message to explain the benefits of our suite of products and how it impacts our clients and prospects. The successful candidate for this full-time role will exemplify Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, Commitment to Clients and the Passion to Innovate and Succeed. The candidate will be well-trained with our product platform and provide best-in-class service to our clients. Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 3-5 years financial services or technical software
• Communication skills, especially persuasion to clearly convey benefits of product to potential customers
• Confidence and strong assuredness to succeed in calling customers to make a sale
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day build relationships and network
• Ability to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs and follow up promptly with a resolution
