Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Production Associate/First Shift. Responsibilities Production Associate Summary: Support the manufacturing process, including inspection, engraving, blasting, packaging, shipping, and other assigned production tasks. Adhere to production standards and safety protocols Measure and verify subcomponents meet specifications Interact with inventory systems Perform various production functions as a flexible team member Qualifications Job Requirements: Lifting 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive tasks and accurate counting Experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Education and/or Experience: High school degree / GED Workplace Employees are expected to foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts may occur during job duties Employees may also encounter fumes or airborne particles in the work area on occasion Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $23 per hour Employee benefits*: Medical Employee benefits*: Dental Employee benefits*: Vision Employee benefits*: 8 paid Holidays Employee benefits*: Up to 4 weeks of accrued PTO/Sick Leave Employee benefits*: 401k Note: The Company may, at any time, with or without notice, alter or change job responsibilities, reassign, or transfer job positions, or assign additional job responsibilities.
