Measurement Lead – Full Time The Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. We are looking for a full‑time Measurement Lead who will partner with leading global clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment on our platform. This role partners with key cross‑functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best‑in‑class support. Responsibilities Partner primarily with large global advertisers to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients and agencies Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing‑related organizations, or measurement suppliers A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods Exceptional time‑management and goal‑oriented task management skills are a must Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must‑have skill A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration Interest in working in a fast‑paced environment with global talent Preferred Qualifications Relevant bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data‑driven organizations preferred Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are a plus; practical experience operating within data for an at‑scale business preferred Familiarity with privacy‑first innovation for measurement systems a plus Compensation The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159,000 – $384,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
