Service Operations CoordinatorThis is a mission-critical operations position, not a basic customer service role. The Service Operations Coordinator sits at the center of daily field performance, directly influencing technician productivity, revenue, and customer experience. You will help manage the schedule in real time, support dispatch operations, and ensure every available opportunity on the board is captured and executed. If the board falls apart, you fix it. If there's an opening, you fill it. If a customer needs clarity, you provide it with confidence.Inbound Call Management Handle calls professionally, efficiently, and with controlConvert opportunities into booked appointmentsDispatch & Schedule Control Act as primary or secondary dispatcher depending on daily needsMake real-time decisions to protect technician efficiencyAdjust routes, timing, and assignments as conditions changeOutbound Scheduling & Revenue Protection Proactively fill gaps in the scheduleFollow up on unsold estimates, deferred work, and maintenance opportunitiesKeep technicians' calendars full and productiveMembership & Recurring Revenue Manage Agreement Membership renewalsSchedule and maintain recurring maintenance visitsCustomer & Technician Communication Set clear expectations with customers (arrival windows, updates, changes)Coordinate effectively with field technicians to keep operations alignedSystem Execution Operate within CRM and scheduling systems with speed and accuracyNavigate multiple platforms simultaneously without losing detailSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Additional hours may be available based on performance and operational needs.Highly organized and detail-oriented under pressureComfortable making real-time decisions without hesitationAble to manage multiple systems, conversations, and priorities at onceNaturally proactive (you don't wait to be told what to fix)Clear, confident, and professional in communicationFocused on outcomes, not just activityDispatching or scheduling in a service-based businessCall center or high-volume phone experienceExperience with CRM or field service software (ServiceTitan or similar)High school diploma or equivalentStrong computer proficiency (multi-system navigation required)Ability to pass background check and drug screeningThis is a software-heavy, operations-driven role.
