Sequence Integrator

Role and responsibilities The Sequence Integrator reports to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and works with planners, preparation coordinators, and the central sequence integration team to provide operations‑integrated sequences. The role involves independently planning, preparing, verifying, merging, and executing service action sequences to achieve maximum quality and efficiency. Expert in combining service actions Guarantee quality through reviews and risk assessment meetings Set and record improvement projects and labor‑saving data Provide critical feedback from execution to relevant teams Add localizations based on learning and feedback Main deliverables Highlight and collect all safety and procedure requirements (work permits, SRB) Manage preparation activities to ensure timely delivery of sequences/COI deliverables Update operational and OPP planning boards as needed Merge sequences for integration into the work plan and fine‑tune for local system configuration Execute activities in relation to sequences and gather execution feedback to modify best known methods (BKM) Record knowledge gained and share on central and global platforms Education and experience BS degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of relevant hands‑on cleanroom experience and/or sequence generation, combining, and optimization (preferred across Scanner, Source, and Drive Laser sub‑systems) Skills Observe and respond to people and situations; interact effectively with others at work Learn and apply new information or skills Read and interpret data, information, and documents Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism Attention to detail and high accuracy Effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines Result‑driven; demonstrate ownership and accountability Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision Open, clear, concise, and professional communication Maintain cooperative relationships with manager, teammates, and customers Follow strict procedures within timelines Influence with and without power Thrives in a dynamic and high‑paced environment Open to cultural differences and work with diverse teams Motivated, pro‑active, self‑driven, and flexible Good coordination, communication, and customer skills Strong documentation skills Multi‑tasker capable of working under pressure Team player committed to ASML’s success Proficient verbal and written English Effective in a multi‑national matrix organization Physical & Workplace Requirements Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, use hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch Occasional movement around campus Occasional lifting or moving up to 20 pounds May require travel based on business needs Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Controlled Technology Access This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.).
