Position-Level: Entry.
Work Location: Remote.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Eastern Time Zone.
Compensation: $15.00-18.00/hour (experience based; with potential for growth).
Equipment/Technology: Company-provided.

About the Position: ISG is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to make outbound follow-up calls to insureds who have pending insurance requirements. This is not a sales role — you'll help policyholders understand what's needed, answer basic questions, and keep the process moving, all while accurately documenting each interaction in Microsoft Dynamics.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation.
- Explain requirements clearly and help customers navigate the online portal.
- Leave professional voicemails and complete follow-up attempts.
- Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Document all calls and commitments accurately in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Maintain follow-up schedules and meet productivity expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional, friendly phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence making high volume outbound calls.
- Ability to stay composed and be persistent with frustrated or hesitant customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and no distractions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
- Insurance industry background.
Insurance experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right person on our process.
