We're growing quickly—and we're looking for a proven HVAC Manager to lead service performance within our HVAC Service Department . This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and knows how to develop, coach, and scale winning service sales teams. The Role The HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, conversion, and average ticket growth across the HVAC Service Department . You will lead comfort advisors and service technicians from a sales-performance standpoint, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and customer-focused selling. Technical HVAC experience is a plus—but sales leadership, coaching, and revenue execution are the keys to success in this role.
