This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of your clients. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals in a virtual setting, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to conduct sessions effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible routine that supports both client and therapist needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at fostering long-term progress.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain thorough, organized, and precise electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the ability to track therapeutic progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development through educational workshops, training opportunities, and peer supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to the collaborative culture of Higher Ground by sharing insights, discussing case studies, and refining therapy approaches.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. The telehealth model eliminates geographic barriers, allowing you to support clients from a wide array of backgrounds and life circumstances, fostering inclusivity and holistic care.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally in a therapeutic or counseling setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a remote environment.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems or willingness to learn, enhancing the documentation and case management process.

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, adapting therapy techniques to a virtual format effectively.

• Knowledge of contemporary behavioral health practices, along with experience in crisis intervention and collaborative treatment planning.
