This position operates in a fully remote work environment, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our therapists are provided with modern digital tools and a comprehensive electronic medical record (EMR) system to facilitate effective documentation and follow-up care. You will be expected to maintain regular communication with colleagues and clinical supervision through video conferencing and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive team approach to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations and assessments to identify individual mental health needs.

• Create customized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Apply diverse therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to client needs.

• Implement behavioral strategies to help clients develop coping mechanisms and achieve therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within the EMR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, experiencing various mental health challenges. The therapy sessions will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, among others. A strong emphasis will be placed on building trust and rapport with clients, facilitating a safe space where they can openly discuss their experiences and roadblocks.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapy role.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, additional experience with specialized populations (such as trauma survivors or individuals with substance abuse issues) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits\n
