Senior Helpdesk Specialist - IT Support

Salary: $51,000 - 64,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional IT support
• Proficient in Active Directory, Windows 11, and basic Windows Server administration
• Capability to physically handle IT equipment and maintain lab organization
• Desirable skills include PowerShell scripting, SSL/Web security, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), or relevant CompTIA/Microsoft certifications

• Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1/2 support within Windows Server environments
• Manage and resolve incidents using a ticketing system such as Service Desk or FreshService
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for Windows 11, hardware, and enterprise software issues
• Oversee deployments using MDT, track assets with Pulseway RMM, and perform OS troubleshooting
• Administer infrastructure components including Active Directory, RSA MFA, and Exchange Online security measures
• Conduct basic administration of Windows Servers and monitor system logs
• Lead the testing, sorting, and cataloging of IT hardware during the initial project phase
• Handle complete onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring timely access revocation
• Escalate technical issues to third-party vendors/MSP when necessary
