Field Recruiter: Driving Schools & Regional Travel
Swift Transportation
Swift Transportation is seeking a recruiter to serve as the initial point of contact with driving academies and schools within an assigned region. The role travels regionally and delivers customized recruiting material under driver recruiting leadership while building strong relationships with instructors and school leaders.
Responsibilities include on-site student interviews, presenting Swift’s value, maintaining current information, and supporting metrics and outreach efforts.
