This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.YOUR TEAM.Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, the Regional Marketing Specialist helps oversee marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation in support of the regional marketing plan. As a member of the Regional Marketing Team, the successful Specialist will be well-versed in project coordination/management; have experience contributing to impactful campaigns programs using inbound and outbound marketing methods; and can build strong working relationships with partner professionals and marketing/sales teams to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation from existing clients and targeted accounts.Working closely with the Regional Marketing Lead, the regional marketing specialist will support local brand-building and lead generation efforts for all offices within the region to include interfacing with local membership organizations, conference organizers, publications, and market-facing professionals to positively build brand awareness in the region and help generate leads.WHY COHNREZNICK?At CohnReznick, we’re united by a common mission to create opportunity, value, and trust for our clients, our people, and our communities. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Assist in executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and reportingCoordinate events and projects across officesTrack Performance to marketing budgets and expensesSupport brand-building and lead generation initiativesMaintain client data and support account-based marketing programsBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, associations, and organizationsSupport social media and thought leadership effortsCollaborate with events teams for logistics and executionYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:Minimum of 3 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably within accounting, legal, engineering, or a similar B2B environmentUndergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, particularly in a hybrid or remote environmentStrong project execution and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver against multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective social media copyProven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environmentComfortable interfacing with partner-level professionals and building strong internal relationshipsExceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality executionProficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity working with CRM platforms and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, project management systems)Experience or familiarity with event planning processes is considered a plus.AI proficiency is a big plus.In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
