Shift: 1st (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm)

What you’ll be doing:

• Repair, maintain, and modify production tooling, fixtures, and components

• Read blueprints and work to tight tolerances

• Perform tool tear-down, rebuilds, and adjustments

• Handle machining, grinding, drilling, and precision repair work

• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues to reduce downtime

• Work with vendors for outside repairs and part fabrication

• Support production by keeping tooling running efficiently and safely

What they’re looking for:

• Experience with tooling, molds, dies, or fixtures

• Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills

• machining, grinding, or toolroom work

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical (and some electrical) issues

• Comfortable working in a production environment

Nice to have:

• Welding experience (especially aluminum)

• Exposure to plastics or similar manufacturing environments

This is a Permanent position based out of Lake Station, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $79040.00/yr.
