Position: W2 Business Data Analyst Location: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Job ID: 177986 Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This hybrid position requires working three days in the office and two days remotely. The role is data-focused and will support the RNG Gas Operations Unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology to meet business needs. Responsibilities: Support the RNG Gas Operations Unit with data-focused tasks and initiatives. Research and understand customer issues to provide effective solutions. Establish and maintain customer trust and confidence in the IT team's capabilities. Handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures with strong organizational and planning skills. Identify and solve operational problems by creating a network of relevant individuals. Adapt and apply rapidly changing technology to meet business needs. Demonstrate achievement orientation, business systems orientation, and concern for quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of a high school diploma required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. Experience in managing work and meeting deadlines under pressure. Self-starter with flexibility and self-control. Demonstrated ability to achieve results through collaboration with others.
