What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU with 10 beds.
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for neonates.
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of neonatal care.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment in a newly renovated hospital setting.
• Participate in scheduled shifts that provide flexibility to balance professional and personal needs.

What You Need

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or eligibility
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or eligible
• Minimum of 1+ years of neonatology experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
