Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, up to $20,000 annually as well as uncapped commission.Year 2: $72,000-$89,000Year 3: $100,000+Account Managers and Recruiters can win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to tropical all-inclusive, quarterly bonuses, and continuous professional development.
