Variable Compensation: Bonus & Commission in addition to base salary

Position Overview

The Amatriot Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and hiring a Talent Acquisition
Associate to support technical recruiting and candidate delivery across federal and national security–
focused programs. This is an entry level, full-time role designed for motivated, competitive
individuals who want to build a foundation in sales, business growth efforts, and talent acquisition.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and developing relationships with
technical candidates and supporting active client hiring requirements. This role follows a structured,
performance-based development path with coaching and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across technical positions supporting federal and national security customers.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Dice, ClearedJobs.Net, internal databases, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct outbound candidate engagement through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct detailed qualification calls to assess technical experience, security clearance, compensation, availability, career motivations, and overall alignment with client requirements.
• Evaluate candidates against technical skills, education, certifications, clearance requirements, and relevant federal customer/program experience.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring requirements.
• Prepare candidate submittals and manage candidates throughout interview coordination, preparation, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with Account Managers and recruiting leadership to refine candidate profiles and adjust recruiting strategies based on client feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, pipeline status, and recruiting metrics within the Amatriot ATS/CRM.
• Develop working knowledge of federal security clearances, government customers, contract programs, and technical disciplines.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for placed consultants and contractors following their start date.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelors Degree

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or federal contracting/business development experience preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting federal government contracting or information technology.
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Dice, ClearedJobs.Net, or comparable databases.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, Boolean search techniques, outbound outreach, and qualification calls.
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working within an ATS/CRM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and polygraph clearance requirements.
• Experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud/DevOps, Systems Administration, Networking, Data/Analytics, or IT Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with federal government agencies, contractors, contract programs, and the cleared talent market.
