Job Description Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking recent or upcoming graduates (Marketing, Business, Construction Sciences, or related 4-year degree) to join our team as an Entry-Level Proposal Coordinator in our Lawrenceville, GA office. The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $50,.00 - $70,.00 The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities Learn and then lead proposal coordination efforts for federal construction opportunities. Work directly with our senior leadership team, project managers, estimators, and corporate support services to compile, organize, and submit high-quality proposals. Support the full proposal lifecycle — from opportunity tracking and kick-off meetings to final production and submission. Contribute to marketing initiatives, including drafting website content, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating social media posts that highlight our project successes and capabilities. Help maintain proposal libraries, past performance databases, and compliance documentation. Gain hands-on exposure to federal contracting processes, government regulations (FAR/DFARS), and the unique demands of critical infrastructure projects. This role starts with structured training and mentorship and quickly transitions into independent ownership of coordination responsibilities as you build confidence and capability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected May ) in Marketing, Business, Construction Sciences, or a closely related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills — you enjoy writing and organizing information clearly. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn proposal management tools. Genuine interest in the construction industry and federal contracting. Self-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. U.S. Citizenship required (position supports federal contract work). No prior professional experience is required — we are specifically seeking recent graduates ready to grow with us. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Sit or stand throughout a regular workday. Able to work on computer for long periods. Safety Ensure adherence to all company safety rules and SOPs in area of responsibility.
