Customer Service Representative

About the job Customer Service Representative We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service and Dispatching Representative to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also coordinating and dispatching our service team. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Providing information about our products and services. Processing orders and requests accurately. Scheduling and dispatching service technicians or teams to customer locations. Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions and dispatching activities. Coordinating with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. Performing general administrative tasks as required. Skills/Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Good problem-solving skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Ability to learn and use dispatching software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual. Shift:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
