Mission:

Kion Group has implemented a new ERP and CRM. For a specific period, personnel will be needed to compensate for the deficiencies of the new system. Your mission will be to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the agility, precision, and correct processing of offers, contracts, and orders in the corporate systems to optimize the sales cycle.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Creation of offers: Configuration of the machine in the system and modification of the commercial offer Word.
• Management of contracts and orders: Creation of contract together with the associated service, processing of orders, and addition of additional contract variants (modalities of 48, 60, and 72).
• Modifications and adjustments: Management of local modifications, management of local manual forklifts, inclusion of non-loaded attachments, and adjustment of the quota (quota target).
• CRM/Data management: Enter and register in the system the commercial visits, losses, and new opportunities (opportunity).

Training, knowledge & experience:

• Professional training in Administration, Commerce, or equivalent, with experience in providing support in related sectors.
• Office suite proficiency.
• Valuable SAP knowledge.
• Valuable knowledge of CRM, SAP, or other management tools.
• Previous experience in commercial support.

Competencies & skills:

• Analytical ability oriented to technical detail.
• Proactivity in detecting needs and optimizing configurations.
• Organization and prioritization capacity in simultaneous projects.
• Office skills.

Functions and responsibilities related to the Integrated Management System:

Quality

Comply with the procedures and quality requirements related to the preparation of offers and application analysis.

Ensure that the configurations meet contractual, legal, and safety requirements.

Collaborate in the detection and resolution of technical incidents.

Communicate relevant non-conformities to the QE Expert.

Environmental

Comply with environmental performance and good HSE practices in offices.

Segregation of waste generated in offices.

Health and Safety

Apply the internal HSE regulations of offices and customer facilities according to their CAE PRL.

Prevention and control of risks associated with the position according to its risk assessment.

Forklift license if demonstrations are performed.

Preventive driving of company vehicles.
