Restoration Technician

SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County is hiring a Restoration Technician that also would assist in our Air Duct Cleaning division! We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” Key Responsibilities Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance Provide quality air duct / HVAC cleaning and related services to customers Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning Move and/or lift 50 lbs. Remove all registers and returns, and seal in preparation of the duct cleaning Clean and mark, if needed, all registers and returns as well as place back in the original position Vacuum and clean all registers Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment Position Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Compensation: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
