Wintrust is an independent, community‑focused financial institution that offers both community banking and commercial banking services across the United States. Position Overview Relationship Banker – Full‑time, Chicago’s Bank partner. The role combines customer relationship building, teller operations, and cross‑selling within a high‑trust environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend personalized solutions. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers with specialized expertise. Operate teller drawer, serve customers in the lobby/drive‑up, and manage cash flow. Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products. Identify potential fraud and other risks. Depending on the shift, be responsible for bank opening/closing procedures. Support community and bank events. Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role. Retail banking experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent. Intermediate computer skills.
