Job Details Roles & Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project plans and specifications. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to develop competitive bids. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Present estimates to project teams and adjust as needed during planning. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of estimating experience in construction. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
