Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Pharmaceutical Sales RepresentativeYou're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to primary care physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. You will:Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned primary care targets and prospective customers to deliver proficient sales presentationsDevelop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targetsUnderstand and utilize the telephony system to record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and trainingUtilize all marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for a respective audienceEffectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategiesEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experienceEffective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelinesDesired Requirements:1+ years' virtual/inside sales experience1+ years' specialty pharmaceutical sales experience (Derm/Rheum)Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expert virtual selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotionAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
