Assistant, and/or Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics

Summary The Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at LIU Pharmacy invites applications for two full‑time tenure‑track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level in Pharmaceutics. The roles include scholarship, teaching, and service within the College and involve teaching in the M.S., Ph.D., and Pharm.D. programs. Positions are 12‑month appointments. Responsibilities Engage in scholarly research and publish peer‑reviewed articles. Teach graduate programs (M.S., Ph.D.) and the Pharm.D. curriculum. Participate in service to the College and department. Collaborate with on‑campus and off‑campus researchers. Seek and obtain extramural funding to support research and development initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics; B.S. in pharmacy preferred. Record of teaching experience (e.g., teaching assistant, instructor, lecturer). Strong scholarly record with peer‑reviewed publications. Demonstrated potential for attracting extramural funding. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
