Registered Nurse Opportunity

Location: Kearney, NE

Specialty: Medical-Surgical

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2012 - $2424 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care with a 1:6 ratio, adjusting to a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts.
Float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical-Surgical assignments as necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation through the EPIC charting system.
Follow trauma level 3 protocols and procedures diligently.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans.

Qualifications

Active RN license.
Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
Willingness to work every other weekend and up to 2 additional mandatory shifts every 6 weeks.
