Corporate Finance Associate

Overview Seeking a Finance Associate for the Corporate practice group. Position available in New York, Florham Park (NJ), Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Chicago, Minneapolis, or Denver. Requires 3-6 years of corporate finance experience, including working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers on transactions such as loan originations and real estate financings. Key responsibilities include drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists. Candidates must demonstrate excellent writing skills, superior academic achievement, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently. Attorneys are required to work from an office three days per week. The initial annual salary range is $180,000 – $315,000, with actual salary influenced by skills, experience, and location.
