Strategic Finance Associate

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Location: New York, NY (HYBRID) COMPENSATION: $120-140k + bonus Overview We are currently partnered with a travel services firm that is in search of a Strategic Finance Associate. This individual will be a key addition to the company's finance team as they are joining a small, high impact and highly collaborative group. The ideal candidate must be able to efficiently work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting Monthly financial reporting Developing and maintaining financial models (including long range) Informed and data driven decision making for a variety of scenarios Variance Analysis Identifying trends and opportunities Preparing presentations for C-suite and stakeholders about financial results/strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-7 YOE in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking Ability to break down and articulate complex data Expert in Excel and/or financial database and data visualization applications Knowledge of general accounting principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
