You will work with our maintenance team and property managers to deliver high-quality, professional painting services that enhance the aesthetic and value of our properties.What You'll DoPrepare and paint surfaces (walls, trim, cabinets, etc.) using various techniques and tools.Inspect, repair, patch, sand, and caulk surfaces for a flawless finish.Match colors and ensure smooth, consistent coverage.Collaborate with teams to schedule projects and minimize disruption to residents.Maintain painting equipment and manage supply inventory.Ensure all work meets ATC's quality and safety standards.What You BringHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in residential or commercial paintingStrong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanshipSolid knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Solid communication and teamwork skills.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between properties.Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.Bonus if you have:Technical training or certificationsKnowledge of Fair Housing guidelinesOur Core ValuesCustomers are valuableWork should enhance lifeBe a professional, not a job holderWe must work togetherBuild valueThe hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend, overtime, or on-call hours depending on the property demand).Ready to bring color and quality to our communities?
