This is a permanent full-time position which will require weekend and holiday work as necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.When requested, will work closely with and/or under the direction of the Building Superintendent and to complete or assist with facilities maintenance projects which may include:Extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair methods and standardsBasic electrical skills-Troubleshooting and repairMastery of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work Roofing Painting and preparationQualificationsMust have valid driver's license. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
