• Receive their work instructions at the beginning of the shift from the Shift Coordinator
• Verify that all equipment for the assigned tasks is at the machine.
• Perform assigned tasks and inspect product specified by the Supervisor.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and ensures all 5S items are present and placed accordingly.
• Responsible for the inspection of assigned product and recording of defect and quantity of scrap
• Responsible for Weigh counting finished product
• Comply with all applicable procedures and work instructions.
• Report nonconforming issues to Supervisor or MQT
• Perform other duties as set forth by the Supervisorx20 x20 x20x20

• Read write and understand English
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
• Good safety record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to see and identify small defects
• Non-smoking facilitiesx20
• Ability to lif up to 45 lbs
