RNs will provide general nursingcare to patients in the hospital bycompleting a psychosocial andphysical, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planningassessment of the patient through interview, observation and inspection,auscultation, palpitation and documents on all admissions per service linepolicy; Responsiblefor identifying patient's present and potentialproblems from information gathered in the initial and continued assessments;Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary team, client and family inmaking decisions regarding patient's need for nursing care; Initiates problemlist within time frame established by service standard using approved taxonomy;Prioritizes problems based on client's health status; Establishes specific andmeasurable individualized client care goals; Discharge needs/plan reflective ofinterdisciplinary approach and are initiated on admission. *$7,500 Sign-On Bonus is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in good standing.
