Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour (weekly pay via direct deposit)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care within the oncology department using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs, educate patients and families, and coordinate care plans
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments as certified
• Delegate and supervise nursing team members, ensuring efficient workflow
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Document and communicate patient progress to interdisciplinary team members
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in oncology or critical care
• Strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)
