What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a hospital setting, following the nursing process and standards of practice
• Monitor patient conditions, identify learning needs, and implement appropriate teaching strategies
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families
• Delegate tasks appropriately, ensures proper utilization of team resources, and manages patient care efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and hospital policies
• Support patient safety, privacy, and satisfaction through respectful, culturally sensitive interactions
• Perform documentation and clinical assessments accurately and timely

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment and clinical skills in a fast-paced environment
