What You'll Do

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process tailored to diverse needs

• Use data and documentation to evaluate and improve clinical outcomes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols in a healthcare setting

What You Need

• Required: Valid RN license in Louisiana, BLS certification, 2+ years' experience in Ortho/Neuro/Trauma
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty areas, proficiency with clinical software
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, good judgment, strong interpersonal abilities
