We are currently on the search for a mid level Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our team! In this position you will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and datacenter transactions (representing hyperscalers). Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position will include; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs. Job Details JD from accredited law school Admitted to Texas State Bar and in good standing 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions (if you have experience in datacenter/hyperscaler transactions that is a big plus!)
