Barings in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director of US Accounting & Reporting to oversee monthly close, consolidate Barings LLC and U.S. subsidiaries, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance. You will lead a team, coordinate with auditors, and drive process improvements including AI-enabled tools where appropriate. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, strategic leadership, and excellent communication skills to partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and external auditors.
