Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative – Full-time As a Gerald Collision Center CSR, you will be the voice and face of our collision center. You must have a winning attitude, professional appearance, reliable and client focused, with great attention to detail. Essential Functions Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel for estimates and vehicle pickup. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents. Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies. Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance. Other duties as assigned. Professional demeanor and reliable attendance are required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits Pay range for this position: $17.00 - $19.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education).
