Job Title: Quality Inspector / Incoming Inspection Technician

Location: Irving, TX

Job Description:

• Perform incoming visual and dimensional inspections of materials used in medical device manufacturing.
• Use calipers, gauges, rulers, and other measuring tools to inspect materials and components.
• Inspect cable harnesses, printed circuit boards, and other assemblies for quality and dimensional requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Accept or reject supplier materials based on inspection results.
• Document nonconformances and initiate discrepancy reports when required.
• Follow GMP, GLP, FDA, ISO, and company quality standards.
• Support quality data collection, analysis, and process improvements.
• Escalate complex quality issues to senior quality personnel.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 2 years of incoming inspection or dimensional inspection experience.
• Experience using calipers, gauges, and rulers.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection plans.
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Interns may be considered.
