A day in the life in Holland, MI

Step onto the production floor and join a dynamic team supporting our client’s metal stamping operations. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps machines running smoothly, products meeting spec, and the line moving safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Run and closely watch production equipment to maintain consistent, efficient output.
• Carry out routine upkeep and quickly troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow established safety procedures and keep your area organized and clean.
• Verify finished parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Log production information accurately and notify supervisors of any abnormalities.
• Support onboarding by helping train new operators when needed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality work.
• Flexibility for changing priorities, schedules, and overtime as needed.

Schedule and training

First shift runs 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday. Candidates moving to second or third shift will complete 2–4 weeks of training on first shift.
