Shipper / Receiver (Part-Time)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, ~11am–3pm (up to 5 hrs/day, based on volume)
About the Role
The Shipper/Receiver ensures accuracy and integrity of all products received and shipped. This role covers receiving, inventory control, and shipping, following company guidelines for quality, safety, and standard procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support shipping and receiving of product flow
- Obtain and process product orders
- Receive, log, and distribute packages/letters
- Organize, clean, and catalog the stockroom
- Assist with large shipments and storage logistics
- Track and report back-orders, short-lists, and unfulfilled orders
Requirements
- Shipping/Receiving experience
- Forklift experience preferred but can train; (Certification a plus)
- Able to operate inventory equipment (e.g., scan guns)
- Able to maintain a safe, productive workplace
- Lift 30–50 lbs
- Dexterity: grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling
- Able to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Available Monday–Friday
- Comfortable using tools/equipment
