Job Description The Paramedic Education Advisor manages all duties associated with the pre‑sales workflow of the EMT & Paramedic Division Sales Account Managers. Responsibilities Follow up with prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with 30 enrollments a month. Make a minimum of 350 calls approximately per week. On the phone 50‑75% of the day making outbound calls, recruiting prospective students on a national level, working unsupervised. In‑person tours of the facility as needed. Attend and prepare for local events as needed. Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts. Develop positive long‑term customer relationships. Work in the CRM system – Lead Square. Prepare enrollment documents, i.e., DocuSign. Meet and/or exceed targeted sales goals. Compensation $20.00 per hour with commission of 3.7% on total monthly revenue earned. Qualifications 2 years of experience in Sales. Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high‑volume outbound calling and professional follow‑up with prospective students. Strong sales and relationship‑building skills with the ability to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities, corporate accounts, and customer relationships.
