We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from concept to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with the event objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to guarantee timely execution of all activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
