We're seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team on a high-profile federal data center construction project in Manassas, VA. Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry work on a federal data center construction site
• Install and work with heavy-gauge metal studs
• Measure, cut, and install plywood and other building materials
• Construct, modify, and finish building structures according to project specifications
• Hang, tape, and finish drywall as needed
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial construction and carpentry
• Proficiency with metal stud framing, plywood installation, and commercial building systems
• Experience hanging and finishing drywall
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Manassas job site daily

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
