Residential Counselor (FT) Community Resources For Justice, Inc. – Winchendon, Massachusetts, United States. About This Position This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, non‑exempt position located in Winchendon, MA. The role is eligible for benefits and carries a starting rate of $18 per hour. Responsibilities include supervising and transporting clients, supporting skill development, serving as a positive role model, and administering medication while maintaining timely documentation. Schedule Saturday‑Wednesday; 4:00 pm‑12:00 am (Second Shift) Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including those outlined in each client’s Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model to promote the highest quality of life while ensuring client safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Ability to pass required certifications within the timeframes set by the agency.
