Job Description

Serve as a working leader within the assigned work cell by setting the standard for performance, supporting team members, and helping drive daily production success. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring alignment with company goals related to Safety, Delivery, and Cost.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, train, and support operators to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and problem-solving
• Champion a strong safety culture by modeling safe behaviors at all times
• Drive the team to meet daily production goals with urgency and accountability
• Minimize waste and downtime through proactive leadership and problem-solving
• Support employee development and performance improvement efforts
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support Supervisors and Area Managers in achieving department goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Prior leadership or team lead experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to read basic work instructions or drawings
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• High School Diploma/Ged preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screen

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
