Lead Integration Engineer (Field)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Lead Integration Engineer to support field-based technical integration of BD medical technology products with healthcare customer systems. The role involves customer communication, system validation, troubleshooting, and documentation across multiple US locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer meetings and conference calls to facilitate interface design, training, and validation
- Demonstrate BD product integration knowledge and provide technical product information to customer teams
- Troubleshoot BD product integration issues and consult on best practices and standardization
- Participate in product upgrades, validation activities, and maintain account documentation
- Serve as liaison between BD products and customer host systems while managing escalated issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Three or more years in healthcare environment with technical systems involvement
- Knowledge of HL7 and EDI standards, HIS integration systems, and hospital workflow
- Experience with integrated delivery networks and multi-facility health systems
- Current driver's license and ability to meet BD auto safety requirements
- Ability to lift minimum 80 lbs and maintain current immunizations
