What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations while partnering with the Executive Chef to ensure the restaurant achieves excellence in hospitality, financial performance, team development, and operational execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and front-of-house team.
• Create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor management, and service execution.
• Drive employee engagement through ongoing training, coaching, and performance development.
• Manage financial performance, including labor costs, revenue goals, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, sanitation, and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and maintain clear communication with all departments.
• Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Has experience managing labor, budgets, and restaurant financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or senior restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and hospitality background.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain all required state certifications and liquor licenses.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
